I spent more than twentyfive years in international leadership and organizational development, including as a VP in Leadership Development. In midlife, I had to leave the corporate world, and I rebuilt my identity, my confidence and my direction from the ground up. I know the uncertainty, the vulnerability and the unexpected possibilities of that threshold.

I come from seven generations of medical doctors and healers and grew up between Germany and Haiti. With an MBA and a holistic approach to leadership, I created the IAM Method™ to guide accomplished leaders through this passage with both strategic clarity and inner steadiness.
